Looking Down

My life is kind of a mess right now, friends, family, myself, boys. Almost any thing and everything that could wrong, probably is right now. What can you do to try and stop it because if you know, please tell me. For now suffering is the only thing I know of. Have you ever just tried to be the best to yours friends but you just end up making them feel bad or so you are told. Try to figure out what there problem is and really you are the problem. What are you suppose to do. My conclusion is just to stop talking or responding. I guess there is nothing you can do but be who you are. I guess you can try to change but what good will it do you if you are always thinking about it, what if you say something trying not to make yourself seem better its just a story. What are you suppose to do? Is there anything you can do? Maybe separate yourself from those people, not hang out with them anymore if you make them feel bad or lower than you. Always having to watch what you say or when you say it. There is really no point in talking or well engaging in the conversation in fear that you will make someone feel bad. Life isn't fair so why should I except it to help me in any way with anything. It has already taken one thing from me, why doesn't it just take everything. What is really left for me now? Is there anything left? When is it alright to let go and move on or is it ever alright. Are some things necessary for you in life?Living through a death, mourning, crying, depression, suicidal is there more that a life could inflict on you in some way to make it worse? I guess I will just have to wait and find out and I am sure I will find out because I always get all the good stuff in life...

Let Go Of The Anger

Don't complain"Watch what you say to anyone at work. The only reason to bring up negative issues is to create a plan for correcting them. Complaining for the sake of complaining can alienate colleagues and create a bad environment. Better to save it for message boards."

Let go of your anger"Sometimes it's hard to get past your own feelings of anger or hurt and your need to get them out. Write how you feel in a letter and mail it to yourself, or keep it at home. Then resolve to put your anger aside. If you're curious in a couple of months, read the letter. You may be surprised at how those feelings have changed."

Don't take it personally"Recognize that a criticism of your work is not a criticism of you, and don't let it damage your self-esteem."

Stay open-minded"When someone criticizes you -- regardless of how you feel about them -- take the opportunity to be responsive and consider how you could improve. It's actually an opportunity for growth!"

Tonight was kind of a random night but always interesting. Had a lovely chat with Dorothy, and then we left Sharris and went and got her camera from Craig. "I wasn't even trying to spit my game" got to love boys!

Hung out with Cassondra most of the day.

I wonder about people some times. I just cant figure it out, it makes me really angry and frustrated. That's not a good thing with me.
