The Sisterhood:
What is a team? A team is 20 players and 5 coaches working together as one, for one goal, to succeed. It is learning from each other, from the coaches, and every game in which we play. We communicate as one, we thank as one. Heart is the name of our game, along with pride and respect for each other and the coaches! We are a sisterhood; we are not individuals out on the field. From that, we win as one, and lose as one, The true definition of a sisterhood is a bond that cannot be broken! We are role models for others and we represent out school, We are there to pick a sister up when she is down, and we are there to congratulate a sister when something good happens. When you are trying your hardest at the most crucial time in a game, you must pull from within and find the courage and strength to win-if not for yourself, for your team. To shift gears you must have the ability to take constructive criticism from the coaches and from your sisters. Having that coach ability allows the team, the entire team, to shift gears. Even if you are not on the field, doesn't mean you aren't part of the team, you are what makes the team stronger. It is having a positive attitude through every practice and through every game. We must believe in every sister, in our coaches, in our abilities, and the goals that we set for the team. Everyone must have the desire, the passion, and determination to be a leader. Communication is a key to success. Through communication the willingness to be the best is created. In order to be a sisterhood. You must believe in everyone.
